Questions
Can you really fix my phone in a car?
Yes. My car is set up with a proper work surface, lighting and tools, and a screen replacement takes 30 to 45 minutes. If a repair needs more than that, I'll tell you up front.
Why does a house call cost $15 more?
Driving out takes time and gas. Bringing it to me skips that cost. The parts, the repair and the 30-day warranty are exactly the same.
Do you have my screen in stock?
When you message me, I'll tell you if your screen is on hand. If I need to order it, it usually arrives within a few days and I'll let you know as soon as it's in.
What parts do you use?
XO7 aftermarket screens. iPhones that came with an OLED screen get a soft OLED replacement, and iPhones that came with an LCD get an LCD. Older models not listed? Text me.
Will I lose my photos or data?
No. Screen, battery and port repairs don't touch your storage. Backing up first is always a good habit, and I can show you how.
How do I pay?
E-transfer, cash or card, after you've tested the repair.
Are you an Apple store?
No. I'm an independent repair technician and I'm not affiliated with Apple. Repairs by an independent shop may affect any remaining Apple warranty on your device.
